Land Contract Refinance/Purchase
For our clients that are currently in a land contract we offer programs where you can either refinance or purchase the subject property from the land contract holder.
By refinancing or purchasing the subject property from the land contract holder it will then put the deed to the property in your name and will pay the land contract holder in full.
In most cases a recent 12 month payment history showing no over 30 day lates on the land contract is required to qualify for these programs.
It would also be preferred that the land contract was recorded at the County Recorder's office though it is not necessary in order to qualify for these programs.
You may qualify for one of these programs with as low as a 620 middle credit score.
